Following last week’s crypto market crash, Binance Wallet continues to experience balance display issues across its services. The company announced on X that the problem is caused by network congestion, leading to delays in showing wallet data for some users.
The issue emerged shortly after CZ-owned Trust Wallet faced similar technical problems on Sunday. Binance stated that its team is working to resolve the lag, which requires additional buffering time for balances to appear correctly.
Several users reported being unable to sell their assets during the incident, claiming losses due to price fluctuations — including a 3.5% drop in BNB. Despite these complaints, BNB reached a new all-time high of $1,370 on Monday, according to Coinbase data.
The timing of these issues across both Binance Wallet and Trust Wallet has raised user concerns about reliability during high market volatility.
